All cargo transportation is subject to Hello Airlines General Conditions of Carriage, the applicable Air Waybill conditions, and international air cargo regulations including IATA Dangerous Goods regulations. Charter quotes are estimates and become binding only upon written confirmation by Hello Airlines.
Hello Airlines carries dangerous goods (classes 1–9) strictly in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and CAAB requirements. Shippers must provide accurate DG declarations, and consignments are screened by our trained DG ground staff at HSIA before acceptance.
Hello Airlines maintains an aviation safety management system (SMS) aligned with ICAO and CAAB standards, and a security programme compliant with national civil aviation security requirements. Every employee is accountable for safety and security.
